Dave͏ is a great real estate agent!

I used Dave to purchase my home and to sell a home for my family. Dave was very professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to go over listings with my wife and me and took us to numerous houses before finally deciding on the one. He was patient at every moment and was straightforward in telling us when we should break off negotiations because the asking price was more than the market.

When selling a house, Dave worked tirelessly to make sure that the house was presentable and marketed appropriately. He was able to recommend electricians, painters, etc... that we needed to make repairs to the house. Once the house was ready, he recommended a price that was spot on and resulted in a bidding war. We ended up with a price that exceeded our expectations by far.

In summary, Dave is a true professional, and he is a very nice guy. An absolute pleasure to work with. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
